Hikari is our luxury ceremonial grade matcha, picked at the season's very first harvest.

Your first sip doesn't start with a sip. It starts with your eyes — a green so vibrant it is satisfying just to look at. Then the taste follows: fresh, smooth, naturally nutty, with almost none of the bitterness matcha gets blamed for.

Noko's Favourite Steps

1. Scoop 5g of Hikari and sift it through a sieve.
2. Whisk it with 50ml of milk until smooth and frothy.
3. Fill a glass with ice. Add 10g of sugar solution (5g water + 5g sugar) if you like it sweet, then pour in 100ml of milk.
4. Pour in the whisked matcha, stir well, and enjoy the refreshing matcha!
